Subscriptions

Fond subscriptions are billed by Apple. To cancel or change plan, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. For a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

If you subscribed and Fond still asks you to, open the subscription screen and tap Restore purchases.

Fond can’t hear me

Open Settings, then Fond, and allow Microphone and Speech Recognition.

My cookbook

Your dishes, ratings, photos and kitchen notes are kept on your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes them.

Food safety

Fond is a teacher, and it can be wrong. Check allergens yourself and use a thermometer for meat, poultry and fish.
