Fond is provided by Starfall HQ, Inc. By using Fond you agree to these terms and to Apple’s standard licence agreement for apps.
What Fond is
Fond is a cooking teacher. Its recipes and advice are written by an AI model and can be wrong. You are responsible for what you cook and eat. Check ingredients for allergens yourself, cook meat, poultry, fish and eggs to safe temperatures, and never leave heat unattended because an app told you a timer was running. Fond does not give medical or nutritional advice.
Free cooks and subscriptions
- Your first three new recipes are free.
- After that, new recipes need a subscription: $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year, or the price shown in your country’s App Store.
- Payment is taken from your Apple ID when you confirm. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
- Subscriptions are for personal use and are subject to fair-use limits on new recipes per day.
Using Fond fairly
Do not use Fond for anything unlawful, try to break or overload the service, or resell access to it.
Your recipes
Recipes Fond writes for you are yours to cook, keep and share.
Availability
Fond needs an internet connection to write recipes and answer questions. We may change or stop features, and we provide the service as it is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
